Grindr Invites Shareholders to Q&A
Grindr, the world’s largest social network for the LGBTQ community, is inviting shareholders to send in questions ahead of the company’s Q2 earnings release. The dating app went public at the end of 2022 after a USD $2.1 billion SPAC deal.
Ahead of the upcoming earnings report, retail and institutional shareholders are now able to submit and upvote questions to Grindr management. This will be done through the Say Technologies platform, which can be found here.
Some of the popular submitted questions so far include:
- “Will you consider making your premium subscriptions more affordable to increase sales? Or how about adding a cheaper plan that only removed ads?”
- “Does the leadership team have plans for how to improve market value in the next quarter?”
- “What are you doing to make your app more responsive and less battery intensive”
The Q2 earnings discussion will take place on 5:00pm ET on August 9th 2023. A link to the live discussion is available on the Company’s investor relations website. A replay of the discussion will also be made available following the call.
Grindr has roughly 13 million monthly active users across the globe, seeing fast growth since its initial launch in 2009.
