AsianD8 To Close Down, Citing Oversaturated Market
Sujan Shah, CEO of AsianD8, has announced that the dating platform will be closing its doors at the end of November. The decision was made due to “the realities of an increasingly oversaturated market”.
In a recent statement, Shah shared the news with users that the platform will no longer be available after the 30th of November. The AsianD8 team will remain active for the time being to “ensure a smooth transition for all members”.
AsianD8, which calls itself “the home of British Asian dating”, says that it has been assisting singles for more than 15 years, hosting over 150 singles events annually. Its primary site is said to have more than 50,000 users.
“Over the years, we have had the privilege of bringing countless people together, creating connections, and witnessing beautiful love stories unfold. Our mission was to create a platform where people could find meaningful relationships, and we are immensely proud of the many successes we’ve shared with you”, wrote Shah.
“Once again, thank you for being part of our dating community. We hope that you will find love, happiness, and connection in other ways, and we wish you all the very best in your personal journeys”, he concluded.
